Synopsis

Child labor is a social problem that is common and seen in different dimensions in the world. Poverty, neediness, unemployment, refugee migration, interregional internal migration, urbanization process directly or indirectly affect all population groups of the society. One of these effects is the activities that enable the child to perform income-generating activities on the street. The child also faces many risks while doing income-generating activities on the street. Children working on the street spend most of their daily life on the streets, avenues, parks, mosque courtyards, shopping mall exits, restaurant exits. This situation negatively affects the child's health levels biologically, physically and spiritually, and causes him to face the risks of community-acquired diseases. The aim of this study is to determine the common health problems of children working on the street within the scope of health services, the attitudes of nurses towards street children and their roles in the provision of health services.
