Organizational Behaviour is to integrate as an entity around a goal and to exhibit behaviour in order to direct the knowledge, skills, energy and resources to the goal. The behaviours exhibited are not only functionally the realization of the purpose, but also an interaction and result of the being shown. For this reason, Organizational Behaviour is the whole of living, needing, changing and developing behaviours.

In this respect, it is an inevitable need for researches in the field of Organizational Behaviour to constantly follow the agenda and be prepared for change due to the living tissue of the field.
