Synopsis

TRX training is an exercise method known as functional exercise band and has positive effects on sportive performance. These workouts help develop physical skills such as strength, endurance, agility and coordination. The flexible structure of the exercise band and its ability to be used in various positions increase muscle strength, while ensuring that the muscles work in a balanced way. It has also been determined that TRX training improves agility and coordination skills. Balance positions and the application of the right technique help the athletes to perform their movements more quickly and in a controlled manner. In conclusion; While TRX training increases athletic performance, it can provide positive effects in areas such as muscle strength, endurance, agility, coordination and injury prevention. Therefore, it is thought that athletes should include TRX exercises in their training programs.
