Synopsis

Probiotics, especially found in large amounts in dairy products, are known as beneficial bacteria in living organisms. They provide a supportive benefit to all systems in the organism, especially the digestive system. Yoghurt, which is among the most consumed foods, contains high levels of probiotics. Probiotics, also called beneficial bacteria that are of great importance in regulating digestion and increasing immunity in this context, are recommended in almost all food intakes. It is used not only in human health but also in animal health. It is also added to animal feed as an additive to produce healthy meat and milk, and meat and dairy products with higher nutritional value are obtained. As a result, taking probiotics as a beneficial bacterium is important for living organisms to live a healthy life.
