The first step in the development of gifted individuals is to diagnose them correctly and support them with training appropriate to their abilities. There is a need for academic studies such as supporting the development of gifted students, diagnosing them correctly, addressing the problems they experience and/or may experience, developing teaching environments suitable for their education and examining their effectiveness. In this context, comprehensive academic studies conducted with gifted students are important. The purpose of this research is to examine of dissertations on gifted students published in Turkiye. The document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was employed in the research. The documents examined within the scope of the research consist of master's and doctoral theses on gifted individuals in Turkey, published from 2021 to the end of November 2023. Taking into consideration the thesis selection criteria, a total of 98 theses were included in the scope of the study among the master's and doctoral theses accessed in accordance with the goal of the research. Master's and doctoral theses determined in line with the research purpose were analyzed in the context of publication year, university, institute, department, thesis type, research design, sample size and keywords in the thesis. As a result of the research, the most theses in the last three years were from Bahçeşehir University, Gazi University, Necmettin Erbakan University and Hacettepe University; at the institute of Educational Sciences and Graduate Education Institute; in the fields of mathematics education, special education and science education; it was done in 2022 and as a master's thesis. Furthermore, it was determined that quantitative research designs were preferred as the research design in theses and the sample size consisted of the number of people between 1-99.
