Synopsis

Fatty acid carrier protein4 (FABP4) produced from adipose tissue. From the formation of FABP4 by affecting the insulin formation mechanism in the pancreatic islets, the functional effects of the molecule were examined and as a result, FABP4 formed a functional combined structure with NDPK and ADK to balance the changes in energy levels and this determined combination They defined the structure as the Fabkin hormone. In their study with experimental animals, they stated that Fabkin hormone can eliminate diabetes mellitus by affecting diabetes in various ways, the same situation can be observed in humans, and that this situation is promising for a new treatment method for types of diabetes in humans. They suggested that FABP4 occurs during the lipolysis of fats accumulated in adipose tissue and that the change in FABP4 level in the blood is associated with many illnes such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, metabolic syndrome and obesity.
