Synopsis

In the 21st century business world, working with the most talented people from different cultures will provide organizations with competitive advantage and success. In a highly competitive and changing business world, it is becoming increasingly difficult for organizations to retain talented employees. Leaders play a leading role in managing cultural differences, keeping employees together smoothly and turning cultural diversity into a competitive advantage. Traditional leadership styles have failed to adapt to these changing conditions. This situation has caused the concept of inclusive leadership to gain more importance in business life. Inclusive leaders are people who ensure that employees with different cultures and mindsets are brought together without segregation, that these differences are successfully managed, and that employees communicate effectively with their leaders. In addition, the inclusive leader helps to create a positive work environment in organizations and provides all kinds of help and support to employees. In addition, while including all employees in decision-making processes, it does so on the basis of equality and fairness.

In this study, the concept of inclusion is discussed and the definition of inclusive leadership is explained in detail. In this study, the definitions on inclusive leadership and the studies in the literature are combined to create a new perspective. In the literature review, it was seen that there was no review in this direction, and it was seen that it would be useful to reveal the link between inclusive leadership and business results. This study, in which the issues related to the concept of inclusive leadership are evaluated in a broad framework, has provided important information to the literature and future researchers. In addition, the dimensions of inclusive leadership and measurement tools available in the literature are also included in the study. In this context, positive outcomes of inclusive leadership in organizations and individuals have also been identified. In the light of this information, it has been seen that inclusive leadership is a solution to many problems in the context of social sustainability and organization. In this framework, some suggestions are presented to leaders, managers and top management of the organization to address the problems in the business world.
