Synopsis

In this study, it was aimed to determine the nutritional habits, food preferences and the factors affecting the nutritional habits, based on the problem that office workers, one of the professions that have increased significantly today, have a very limited professional life in terms of physical movement. The pattern of the study is case study, which is one of the qualitative research methods. In the study, the data were collected through social media in April-May 2020 due to the fact that the Covid-19 epidemic, which has become a global problem in the world, was not discussed face-to-face with the participants. In the study, the answers given by the people to the questions stated in the open-ended questionnaire were evaluated through descriptive analysis and content analysis. With the findings obtained in the study, it was concluded that psychological factors mostly affect the nutrition styles of office workers, and that their working style has a positive effect because it allows them to eat regularly.
