Synopsis

In order not to affect the test results, the environments made by the interpreters should be standardized. Factors in the working environment such as general restricted ventilation and ventilation ventilation systems, temperature, humidity, noise, litter, sound and light play an important role in the welfare of the animals and affect the results of the study. Mice and rabbits are the most preferred laboratory animals in the world. The potential for possible variables in the research group, where laboratory animals are housed, care, production, and containment rooms are optimally still consuming, can be minimized. The ideal drug administration route for the experimental animal species should be chosen considering the amount of drug, solubility, formula and weight. Intramuscular administration is not preferred in experimental animals, but the most suitable method for rabbits is intramuscular administration. The most ideal drug administration for mice and rats is intraperitoneal. According to the animal species, the ideal blood draw from laboratory animals should run the total blood volume. In this chapter; They will include information on methods of administering drugs to laboratory animals.
