In this study, the education system of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC) was examined. In the study, first of all, the geographical, social and political structure of the KKTC is included in detail. Educational policies and objectives are set out by referring to relevant laws. The general structure and process dimension of the education system; education-teaching processes, training of teachers and school administrators have been examined. In this context, literature, printed scientific and official sources were scanned and data on the official websites of the ministries were used. In the conclusion part of the study, the KKTC education system was evaluated by comparing it with the Turkish education system and some suggestions were developed.
