Synopsis

The rapid advancement of technological developments and the digital age is one of the most distinctive features of the age we live in. This feature is revealed by a series of innovations that radically change and transform our lives and a resistance to this innovation. In the historical development of graphic design, there is a constantly renewed and strong bond between the technological developments that shape the design process and today's technologies. This bond also manifests itself in people's resistance to innovations and their inability to accept them. It is evaluated that today, artificial intelligence technologies that affect the field of graphic design as a result of digital transformation have the potential to shape the future of design as long as they are adopted and in harmony just as the art movements that emerged in the 19th and 20th centuries managed to change the direction of art despite being exposed to a lot of criticism when they first emerged. In graphic design, it is considered a condition of existence for today's designers to be able to adopt and use them effectively and include them in the design process, rather than being afraid of these new technologies and creating resistance.
