Synopsis

Organizational climate is oriented towards policies, practices and procedures. Shared perceptions are defined as. These perceptions may arise at the group level because of the individual level and the employees do not act logically to understand the organizational characteristics of the organization, and behaviors and attitudes influenced by the organization. Thus, these shared perceptions, the characteristics of the organization and the common attitudes and behaviors of employees are seen as the mechanism of mediation. Irrespective of whether you have a specific perspective on climate content, climate perceptions, collective attitudes and behaviors of employees are expected to interact to define organizational performance (Boyce, 2010: 8). The purpose of this research is to correlate the level of organizational climate that sports facility employees perceive with respect to others. Qualitative research technique was used for research methods.
