In this study, the Swiss education system was examined. In this study, first of all, the geographical, social and political structure of Switzerland is given in detail. Educational policies and objectives are set out by referring to the relevant laws. The general structure and process dimension of the education system; educational processes, the training of teachers and school administrators, and the supervision of education have been examined. In this context, literature, printed scientific and official sources were scanned, and the official websites of the country and the European Education Information Network data were used. In the conclusion part of the study, the Swiss education system has been compared with the Turkish education system and some suggestions have been developed.
