Synopsis

Scientific and technological developments in the world force companies to change. Change management is the key factor for companies that want to achieve sustainable success today. Understanding change is essential for businesses. Managers have a great responsibility to manage change successfully. Companies that do not understand the requirements of change will lose their success in the sector and will disappear over time. On the other hand, being aware of change is not enough to ensure successful change. Studies show that 60% of change efforts fail. Therefore, managers must lead their employees and make some strategic moves for change to be successful. In this study, the companies understanding of change, the do's and don'ts in the change process are examined.
