In today’s world, where globalization has accelerated and technological advancements and social transformations have fundamentally reshaped management paradigms, the field of management and organization is undergoing a multidimensional process of change. Digitalization, artificial intelligence applications, sustainability-oriented approaches, flexible and hybrid working models, and agile management practices are redefining the structural and managerial practices of contemporary organizations. This transformation profoundly affects not only organizations’ competitive strategies but also employee–organization relationships, forms of participation in management, and conceptions of corporate responsibility.

In this context, the book entitled “Management and Organization in the Age of Global Transformation” aims to address the key trends and practices that stand out in contemporary management approaches from a holistic perspective. The chapters included in the book cover a broad range of topics, from green management and participatory management approaches shaped within the framework of the green economy to artificial intelligence–driven business management, from the transformative effects of artificial intelligence in healthcare services to the institutional integration of occupational health and safety management systems. In addition, issues such as hybrid working models, agile management approaches, and organizational flexibility are examined within the framework of the changing dynamics of today’s working life.

The studies presented in this volume aim to provide both theoretical and practical contributions by analyzing the management and organizational dimensions of global transformation across different sectors and fields of application. The chapters, authored by academics who are experts in their respective fields, have been prepared with an interdisciplinary perspective and are intended to shed light on current debates and topics in management science.

In this respect, the book serves as a guiding resource for academics, undergraduate and graduate students, as well as managers and practitioners.
