Synopsis

The aim of this study is to examine the relationships between inclusive leadership, employee well-being, and innovative behavior. The population of the study consists of employees working in 4 and 5 star accommodation businesses operating in Antalya. Due to time and access constraints, a convenience sampling method was employed. A total of 385 online surveys were collected from employees working in these accommodation businesses. The analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4, applying the partial least squares (PLS) technique within the framework of structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that inclusive leadership has a significant and positive effect on employee well-being. In addition, employees’ levels of well-being were found to have a positive impact on their innovative behavior. The results of the study are expected to provide practical guidance for the hospitality sector in strengthening inclusive leadership practices and supporting employees’ innovative behaviors.
