Synopsis

The rapid development of digital technologies is bringing significant changes to many areas, from personal communication to business marketing strategies. Technologies such as the Metaverse, blockchain, and artificial intelligence are transforming marketing by making it more interactive, personalized, and immersive. The Metaverse, in particular, enables the analysis of users’ emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in virtual environments, offering tailored experiences that strengthen the connection between brands and consumers. With its three-dimensional structure and immersive environments, the Metaverse goes beyond traditional methods by blending the physical and digital worlds. This study aims to examine the role and impact of emerging technologies on marketing in the digital transformation era. These technologies help businesses reach broader audiences beyond geographic boundaries and develop global marketing strategies aligned with changing consumer expectations. As consumption habits evolve through digitalization, marketing approaches are also changing, reshaping the structure and direction of modern industries. The paper discusses the concept of the Metaverse, its main features, supporting technologies, and architecture. It also explores how these technologies are used in marketing and how they are shaping the future of digital marketing.
