Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), belonging to the Fabaceae family, is an important medicinal and aromatic plant species with a characteristic odor and taste. In this book section, the biological effects, areas of use and potential for future use of the fenugreek plant were discussed.

Phoenixin is a neuropeptide identified in 2013, and especially it has high expression levels in centres such as the hypothalamus, pituitary gland and heart. Due to its multifaceted physiological effects, phoenixin is considered one of the potential therapeutic targets. Within this scope, structure, distribution and physiological effects of phoenixin were mentioned.

In this book section, information was given in detail on the design and biomechanical principles of mini-implants regarding biomechanical innovations in orthodontics, their application areas and treatment protocols, clinical procedures and technical tips, biomechanical advantages and comparisons, new generation approaches and future perspectives, limitations and ethical considerations.  

Vital pulp treatment is one of the most important approaches in modern endodontic practice, focusing on the preservation of biological tissue. With the specified approach, the endodontist's clinical perspective, treatment modalities, success criteria, advantages, challenges, and future perspectives were discussed.
