Synopsis

Coffee is among the most consumed beverages in the world. Since the day it was first discovered, coffee has been prepared and served in many different ways. One of these is Turkish coffee. Turkish coffee has its own unique cooking technique. Turkish coffee, as its name suggests, is a culture and tradition. The main purpose of our topic in this section is; It is to determine how Turkish Coffee came from past to present and to explain the place and importance of Turkish coffee in Turkish society. Document review was performed to obtain the data. This study was carried out by dividing the data obtained after literature review into headings through the descriptive analysis method. As a result of the study, it was determined that Turkish coffee has an indispensable position in Turkish society. However, Turkish coffee culture must be preserved and transferred to future generations in the right ways.
