Synopsis
This section examines the impact of psychological factors on management processes in sports management. Sports management is directly related to managers' motivation, stress management, emotional intelligence, personality traits, and psychological resilience levels, in addition to technical knowledge and organizational skills. Management processes are influenced by psychological factors in the dimensions of planning, organizing, leadership, and control, shaping organizational performance and team cohesion.
Motivation enables managers to maintain goal-oriented work, while stress and anxiety management contributes to making correct decisions under pressure. Emotional intelligence and empathy strengthen intra-team communication, increasing team motivation and supporting organizational cohesion. Psychological resilience, especially in times of crisis, makes it possible to make strategic decisions and adapt quickly to change.
