Synopsis
Movement education involves a systematic educational process designed to develop children's motor skills, increase body awareness, and instill fundamental movement competencies such as coordination and balance. Play plays a crucial role as a pedagogical tool in these programs, which support children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. As is well known, play stimulates children's natural curiosity and desire to explore, facilitating the acquisition of movement skills and enabling the diversification of motor experiences. In this context, the conclusion of this section suggests that fundamental movement education and play-based learning processes contribute to children's motor, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
