Smart airports leverage Industry 4.0 technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Biometric Technologies, and Artificial Intelligence to improve customer experience and increase capacity utilization. These systems are being used at Singapore Changi Airport, one of the world's busiest airports.
