Synopsis

This study attempts to explore the concept of resistance, one of the factors that can lead to avoidance of technology, within an emotional context. While an individual's reactions and attitudes to different situations are complex and dependent on their personality, the study focuses on the psychological state of the individual regarding technology, rather than providing a definitive explanation. It emphasizes the causes of the situation and its similarities to resistance shown by individuals in other situations, considering that solutions can be found by acting according to each individual's circumstances. Considering the broader impact of organizations and society, the individual's stance on technology affects both the individual and society in various ways, from the specific to the general, or vice versa. The fact that the pessimistic viewpoint seems more popular is similar when viewed from the perspective of the history of technology. It is clear that the important thing is to ensure that the individual can use technology to their advantage, just as they can benefit from other things.
