Synopsis
This study aims to provide a theoretical framework by examining the digital transformation of financial ecosystems from the perspective of Financial Technologies (fintech) and Digital Banking. This research aims to reveal the dynamics of the transition from traditional financial systems to digital ecosystems by examining the technology-driven restructuring process of financial services. In this context, the study examines the concepts of fintech, digital banking, and the financial ecosystem from a holistic perspective, evaluating their interaction. The study is based on a literature review and theoretical synthesis approach carried out in light of secondary data. A conceptual framework has been established by reviewing existing academic studies, reports, and sectoral analyses. Accordingly, the impacts of digital transformation on the financial ecosystem have been systematically analysed. The findings show that fintech applications and digital banking solutions increase the accessibility of financial services, reduce costs, and improve user experience. Furthermore, it has been determined that this transformation has led to the emergence of new actors within the financial ecosystem and a reshaping of the competitive structure. However, it is emphasised that elements such as regulatory frameworks, data security, and technological infrastructure play a critical role in this transformation process.
