Trendyol’s 11.11 campaign and the support provided to local businesses will be discussed, and lastly, the delay in Sears’ digital transformation and how this led to its downfall will be reviewed.

These case studies not only highlight successful examples of digital strategies but also emphasize the importance of making the right steps during digital transformation processes. The chapter stresses the disruptive effects of delayed adoption of digitalization and the competitive advantages that can be gained through effective strategies.
