Long-term achievements are the most important achievements and these achievements are only possible if certain dynamics are fulfilled. These dynamics take place both on and off the field. In football, the demands of the players, the technical team or the management are intertwined with each other. Within team dynamics, everyone has requests from each other. It is the duty of every individual in the team to fulfill these demands. A unity must be ensured in the football team, from the equipment man to the cook. These dynamics and the responsibilities taken are behind the successful results obtained on the field. It is known that there is more to soccer than the field. We cannot explain elite level soccer only with innovations in training science. Beyond the science of training, there is the knowledge, experience and talent of the technical director who can carry out those training sessions. In addition, the dynamics that can affect the success of the team are considered to be the dynamics that can affect the success of the team in conditions such as roster structure, the harmony of the players with each other, the balanced distribution of physical and technical distribution, the physical and mental harmony of the team with each other, the correct performance analysis (team chemistry), the demographic structure of the players in accordance with the country, the team or each other within the team, and transfer policies. Based on this idea, some dynamics were examined in the research and the answer to the question of why success does not come after spending millions of dollars in today's football was sought.
