The maritime sector in Turkey is one of the important sectors contributing to the country's economy. The fact that the country is surrounded by seas on three sides has been effective in the development of the maritime sector. Developments in the maritime sector have not only been limited to transportation or marine products, but also progress has been made in tourism areas such as yacht sales and production. This has increased the competitive power of the maritime sector in both local and global markets. In this study, the criteria that are effective in the production and sales of super yachts, which have a significant share in yacht production, have been determined and their importance levels have been determined. Six main criteria and sixteen sub-criteria have been evaluated. The evaluations have been made with Fuzzy BWM from Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods and the findings have been interpreted. According to the analyzes made, the most important sub-criteria that are effective in the selection of super yachts are "Sales Price", "Commercial" and "Operation and Maintenance Cost". The sub-criteria with the lowest importance value have been found to be "Disabled Access". The purpose of this study is to analyze the criteria that super yacht buyers and super yacht manufacturers take into consideration in their decision-making processes with Fuzzy BWM. It is aimed to guide super yacht manufacturers in terms of determining which criteria customers care about in the super yacht production and sales process. The analyses in the study were made with Excel office program and Lingo package program. This study will be the first study both in terms of determining the factors affecting the super yacht selection and finding their weights and in terms of applying the Fuzzy BWM method to such a subject. Therefore, it is expected to contribute to the literature.
