Synopsis
Today’s enterprises have no any other chance, but managing the information in order to survive in today’s competitive business world which is combined with the information. On the other hand, managing information means managing the employees whose competencies depend their information capacity. That managing effort consists of both efficient utilization and efficient sharing of the information. Up today, many papers that confirm the contribution of knowledge/information sharing on the firm performance. Hence the activities that ensure more efficient ways to utilize and sharing the information are the factors need to be figured out and their potential impacts should be tested. Therefore, present research focuses the employees’ relationship and its potential impact on knowledge sharing. In that frame, a survey is conducted in a technology firm where 220 employees work. Finally, based on the data comes from 164 respondents, a regression analyze is conducted and it’s confirmed that the better employees’ relationship has a positive impact on knowledge sharing.
