Synopsis
New production and management approaches, showing parallel developments to the rapid development and changes in technology, carries global competition to the Global dimension. The traditional production strategies leads to the oppression of the business against global competititon recently. For this reason, our enterprises must implement new approaches of production and management in order to compete on a global scale. One of these approaches is the simple philosophy of Six icons. This means to increase profit by reducing waste and increase customer satisfaction by minimizing the defect rate in production.
In this study, we are trying to reveal the applicability of the Lean Six Sigma methodology in cattle farms
