Synopsis

In this section, the concept of teamwork and self-managed teams, which play an important role in organizational success, are discussed. First, the theoretical foundations of teamwork are discussed, then the definition, advantages and disadvantages of self-managed teams are discussed. In this context, it is aimed to provide a holistic perspective by presenting both a theoretical and practical framework.
