The road was long and adorned with challenges…

After years in the business world, I finally took a step toward the academic dream I had always cherished deep in my heart. It is not easy to describe the challenges of juggling multiple roles—as a mother, an academic, a wife, and a daughter—all at once. Throughout this demanding journey, my greatest source of strength was my FAMILY. I am deeply grateful to each and every one of them.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my dear advisor, Prof. Dr. Aytekin İşman, who has guided me throughout my academic journey, generously shared his knowledge and experience, and always made me feel his trust and support. I am equally thankful to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Öztunç and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nesrin Akıncı Çötok for their valuable contributions and unwavering support.
