Synopsis

Today, sustainable development goals, the Dynamics of international trade and the emergence of the green economy are gaining more and more importance in the development strategies of countries. In this study, the importance, main objectives, development process and dimensions of international trade, sustainable dvelopment and green economy concepts are discussed and the development and applicability of green economy policies within the framework of Turkey’s Development Plansa are examined. The study, analyzes the theoretical foundations of these three concepts, It evaluates the development of green economy policies Turkey’s dvelopment plans and aims to contribute to the literatüre. In the study, document analysis technique, one of the qualitative methods was applied. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the public sector, private sector, non-governmental organizations and research centers should cooperate with a common vision in order to achieve sustainable development goals based on green economy.
