Synopsis

Digital transformation is a comprehensive and multidimensional change process created by technological developments on the organization. Digital transformation brings with it not only the details of new technologies in organizations but also continuous changes in the attitudes, communication styles and leadership approaches of individuals. At this point, the behavioral discipline of climate; by examining the attitudes, behaviors and communications in its formation and organization, it plays an important role in understanding the human temperatures of digital change. Digital transformation should not only be evaluated as a technical development; ıt should also be evaluated as a human-oriented change process. Organizations can effectively manage this transformation process by developing the basic dynamics of the spread performance and these togetherness strategies. In this book chapter, the relationship between the theoretical foundations of digital existence and behavior will be examined.
