Synopsis

Digital transformation has become an increasingly important field in both academic and business circles, as evidenced by recent research. Digitalization not only enhances the competitiveness of businesses but also plays a critical role in the transformation of society and the economy. It can take time for businesses to define and complete their digital transformation processes. During this process, preparing both the system infrastructure and employees for this transformation is crucial.

While the literature emphasizes that digital transformation represents a powerful model, it is also observed that businesses face various challenges and have some shortcomings during the implementation phase. It is particularly noted that the impacts of digital transformation on business performance emerge over a long period, and that evaluating these impacts with concrete outcomes takes time. Therefore, the digital transformation process should be considered not only as a technological change but also as a strategic management and cultural adaptation process.
