Synopsis

Digital transformation is not merely a technological renewal in contemporary organizations but also a strategic, cultural, and structural process of change. This study examines, based on the literature, the effects of digital transformation on change and innovation management, highlighting the opportunities and challenges faced by organizations in this process. The literature indicates that digital technologies transform both change management and innovation management through concepts such as strategic alignment, cultural transformation, talent development, knowledge management, process redesign, leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Furthermore, it is concluded that digital transformation depends not only on technical infrastructure investments but also on employee participation, leadership vision, and a sustainable organizational culture.
