Synopsis

Organisational change and digital transformation are of vital importance for today's organisations to maintain their existence and development. Organisations that carry out high-tech activities must integrate themselves into technological transformation. Organisational changes based on digital transformation positively affect the performance and efficiency of organisations. When implementing digital transformation and organisational change, relying solely on decisions made by senior management can lead to various forms of resistance. It is necessary to anticipate potential resistance and manage the change processes correctly. In this context, implementing change and transformation processes through a participatory approach that can be embraced by the organisation's employees ensures the feasibility of the process.

The rapid developments occurring and continuing in information technology are making digital transformation and organisational change imperative for organisations. It is important for organisations to properly examine these technologies, monitor their usage within their sector, and restructure their organisational structure in line with this transformation. The more quickly the organisational structure adapts to the rapid digital transformation, the greater the opportunity to keep pace with changes in the sector and gain a competitive advantage.

The ongoing digital and organizational transformations are expected to continue in the future. Therefore, adapting to these current changes is of vital importance in order to keep pace with the transformations that will occur in the coming years.
