Today's rapid technological changes are leading to the process of digitalization in organizational structures and activities. The process of digitalization in organizations is bringing about new digital jobs. The development of computer technology is accelerating the transfer of organizational activities and business practices to digital environments. Technological advancements have brought about new business models in the business world, and this change has become a necessary characteristic for organizations to maintain their operations, compete, and adapt to change.
