Synopsis

With the constant change in needs, changes have also occurred in competitive conditions, and ensuring customer satisfaction has become a matter of competition among supply chains outside of companies. The units that make up supply chains want to be chosen by improving supply chain practices and increase their effectiveness by gaining a competitive advantage. It is essential that all units of the supply chain act together and as a whole to respond quickly to market requirements (Cao and Zhang, 2011:163). The harmonious operation of the links in the supply chain is also an important issue in terms of the performance of the companies they represent.

This study examines the impact of supply chain integration on business performance for companies operating in the Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zones. The research aims to examine the impact of supply chain integration on business performance for companies continuing their operations in the Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zones.

The second part of the first section covers supply chain management, its historical development, the purpose and importance of the supply chain, and the functions and processes of supply chain management. The third part of this section examines supply chain integration, internal issues, customers, and suppliers. The third section of the study presents the findings and interpretations. The data belonging to the companies participating in the study were examined by establishing a structural equation model to test the hypotheses of the research.
