After the Second World War, the sophisticated disparities become a significant problems which tend to be further increased in economic development between countries and even between regions. The traditional types of capital have been studied for use of identification of resulting inequality and removing it. The cause of the types of traditional capital inequality in the description of due to the inability researchers focus on finding other ways of explanations for this issues. Social capital has been the most draw attention as a new type of capital. There are multiple definitions in the literature on the concept of social capital. The reason of this is its interdisciplinary nature of social capital. Social capital is not the kind of capital cost reductions as you use compared to other species and the creation of capital. Social capital compared to other types of capital, it has not got any cost in order to form it and by using social capital it wouldn’t get loss/ reduce.
