Synopsis
The migration issue has been one the most debated topics for many years. The history of migration dates back to the history of humanity. The factors influencing migration are multifaceted, and therefore, the issue of migration is discussed in many fields. The purpose of this study is to examine the historical development of the migration phenomenon, identify the factors affecting migration, and analyze the impact of these factors on society. The study was conducted using literature review and sociological analysis methods. It emphasizes that migration policies should be designed more effectively and human-centered. As a result, strengthening the social security rights of migrant workers will be an important step in ensuring social equality and justice.
