Synopsis

The participation of migrant women in the labor market not only strengthens their economic independence but also improves their psychological well-being. However, challenges such as language barriers, discrimination, and social exclusion can limit employment opportunities and lead to mental health issues. In this context, improving the employment opportunities for migrant women is critical for both individual and societal health. Our research aims to thoroughly analyze these dynamics and develop strategies to help migrant women overcome the obstacles they face. This study will not only enhance the quality of life for migrant women but also contribute to the overall health of society.
