Synopsis
Resonant leadership is defined as leadership that is characterized by a high level of emotional intelligence, the ability to establish strong communication based on trust, the ability to control both one's own emotions and thoughts and those of followers, the ability to empathize, a determined nature, courage, a hopeful outlook on the future, a positive and open-minded way of thinking, the ability to read organizations correctly, and the ability to inspire followers. This leadership style differs from other leadership approaches in that it focuses on guiding individuals emotionally, cognitively, behaviorally, and physically, and giving due importance to the emotional and social needs of employees. These leaders love their followers and inspire them to achieve high success. They are emotionally in tune with people, empathizing with them and thinking and feeling as they do. They communicate effectively with the people they work with. In addition, resonant leaders develop their emotional intelligence either intuitively or through hard work. A resonant leader encourages their team in terms of responsibility, effort, and personal development, while providing a positive emotional environment, which in turn increases the team's productivity. This section will explore theoretical frameworks related to the concept of resonant leadership, the characteristics, importance, and development of resonant leadership, its principles, and key factors that enhance its effectiveness.
