Synopsis
With the digital transformation, artificial intelligence is creating a significant transformation in the fields of training science and sports. AI-powered systems are being used in many areas, including performance analysis, training load monitoring, injury risk prediction, personalized program design, and tactical decision support. Integrated with wearable sensors, biometrics, and video analysis systems, these technologies comprehensively assess athletes' physical and psychological states and provide coaches with data-based feedback. This optimizes training processes, supports strategic decisions during matches, and strengthens long-term performance planning. Ultimately, AI is increasing success at both the individual and team levels by producing innovative and data-driven solutions in various areas of sports.
