Synopsis
As technology advances rapidly and disasters occur around the world in the context of energy wars, they are attracting attention and increasing in number. The use of CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) agents, which are becoming increasingly common in our daily lives, is noteworthy. Considering the current importance of our country, it is crucial that it carries out the necessary work to ensure its own security and keeps itself actively prepared. In order to ensure the safety of the public and the country in the event of a negative situation involving CBRN agents occurring in our country or our surroundings, it is important to construct shelter structures and increase the existing capacity in this regard. This chapter examines the changes made to the Shelter Regulations in 2025 and provides a content analysis of the Shelter Regulation.
