Synopsis
The rapid development of digital technologies has led to significant transformations in civil aviation. Cabin services, which play a critical role in passenger satisfaction, service quality, and flight safety, are directly affected by this transformation. The digital tools used in cabin crew operations have the potential to improve efficiency in terms of time management, access to information, and internal communication. In this context, the integration of digital systems into operational processes and the extent to which staff adopt these tools significantly influence the quality of services delivered. The aim of this study is to examine the cabin crew’s perception of digitalization in aviation. The study includes both a theoretical framework and empirical data obtained through a survey conducted with cabin crew working in an airline company operating in Türkiye. Results are expected to contribute to the development of sustainable digital strategies in airline transportation by offering a perspective on human-centered service processes.
