Synopsis

This study deals with the transformations created by technological developments in the field of marketing, especially on the axis of the concept of Marketing 5.0. In the new period, which is shaped on the basis of the cooperation of people and technology, marketing strategies have also undergone a radical change; it is aimed to bring more personalized, human-centered and sustainable structures to the fore.

The evolutionary development of industrial revolutions in the historical process has brought solutions that touch human life more directly to the agenda with Industry 5.0. In this context, the integration of technological components such as artificial intelligence, Internet of things and big data into marketing processes has made it possible to manage customer experiences more effectively. In particular, the rise of hybrid systems has strengthened the cooperation between human intelligence and technological intelligence; it has provided a competitive advantage in marketing processes by increasing efficiency. The social, economic and ethical dimensions of the cooperation between humans and technology are also detailed, and the interaction between the concepts of Industry Dec 5.0 and Marketing Dec 5.0 makes a difference. In this process, the important contributions of artificial intelligence such as analyzing customer behavior, personalized marketing and sustainability have been revealed; it is emphasized that marketing is not only a technical process, but also an area that prioritizes social responsibility, ethics and human welfare.
