Synopsis
Physical education, which continues throughout human life, is also one of the fundamental elements of our education program. In order for the courses conducted in formal education institutions, and especially physical education and sports courses, to be successful, the concept of classroom management must be well understood and actively utilized. Classroom management skills require us to possess different qualities due to the emergence of new perspectives gained through the use of virtual classrooms and virtual meeting rooms in education, especially in digital environments that have become more prevalent in our lives following the COVID-19 pandemic, beyond the traditional classroom environment. With the digitization of the educational world, physical education and sports classes have also been actively used through virtual classrooms, particularly during the theoretical parts of the lessons, the presentations to be used in the lessons, and the sharing of lesson notes to be given to students, making access easier. The purpose of this article is to explain the impact of the concept of classroom management in physical education and sports and to investigate the effects of its active use in the field of physical education and sports with the transition to the digital World.
