Work and family represent two of the most fundamental and fulfilling domains in individuals' lives. In today’s world, the rise of dual-career households, shifting gender roles, and increased working hours have made balancing work and family responsibilities a daily necessity for many employees. In this research, work-family-life conflict has become an important topic of interest in both individual and organizational research.
