Local governments are the dost important organizations for democracy and participation at the local level. They are established to meet the common needs of the local population in their daily lives. Recently, significant strides have been made in the field of e-municipality, influenced by globalization and digitalization. The e-government application has become a significant model example for e-municipality. Local governments have begun to present many of their activities electronically within the context of e-municipality. As local governments accelerate their efforts towards digitalization, this has the potential to be revolutionary for the future. Digital applications hold a very place in terms of the vision of a local government unit. In this context, digital applications implemented by local governments provide the opportunity to respond to the needs and demands of the local population more quickly and efficiently. This incense the value of the municipality in the eyes of the public. Internet channels and social media pages are important tools in this process. In this study, the level of application usage by the district municipalities of Hatay province in terms of digitalization and e-municipality will be examined.
