Synopsis

Today, a radical transformation has begun to take place in organizations and their management processes worldwide, including in our country, due to the impact of globalization. The new organizational structures brought about by globalization, the changing and revamping of organizational management processes under the influence of digitalization and artificial intelligence technologies, data-based decision-making mechanisms, the shift in employee expectations, and the redefinition of organizational structures have led to management ceasing to be a solely administrative function and becoming the strategic center of organizations. This work examines the various dimensions of this transformation process in organizations from an interdisciplinary perspective:

  • “Digital Transformation and Educational Institutions” examines the issue of digital transformation in educational institutions.
